this week i learnt how to read labels and what is and is not healthy food and that there is 33.3 g of sugar in iced animals.At the age of 20 your bones stop growing.
i really enjoyed Andy coming in and teaching us stuff about healthy eating.
my goal is to perfect my 8 and 9 x tables and learn them off by heart.
I enjoyed making 3d shapes today.
I learnt all the names of the 3d shapes yesterday and today.
I cared for the environment when i planted trees to attract the
native birds back and to the area and also to stop the dirt from
falling into the stream and killing the fish.
Threatening eagle eyes
In the Autumn time , in the deep dark woods there is a flurry of light brown and crunchy leaves ,As the glowing brown squirrel was rattling around in the leaves.
A dark brown and white eagle was staring down at the mammal .
As the nut eater dashes up the gigantic Kauri tree it stops and takes a snack and begins to scoff up some nuts not knowing what is about to happen.
The race is on the furry thing races into its dray and the flying beast chases but it escaped so the predator glides to a closer branch to have a better look.
SMASH the bird had busted the burrow and the poor thing fell out and scrambled up another hollow kauri tree and squeezed inside.
It probably felt so relieved because it was so close to getting eaten by the feathery thing. BY:Abigail

I am proud of my basic facts because I finally moved up to stage 6.
I enjoyed do my sunset art work because it looks really good so far and I enjoy doing my novel story Billionaire boy.
I learnt my 3 and 4 x tables and I learnt a new strategy with my maths like if you have 9 x 6 = you would change the 9 into a 10 and do 10 x 6 = 60 and subtract 6 from it 54.
I found learning my basic facts challenging because i had to go over then heaps to get them in my head.

this week i found researching about bridges because i found that arch bridges are actually the one of the oldest bridges
I have learnt this week how to tell the time because i did not know anything until this week about time and today I learnt that if a bridge gets broken they have to smash the bridge and start from scratch.I also have learnt my 3 times tables.
I found doing the symmetrical art work difficult.

Today I tried making a pic-lit and i made two of them
and it was easier using it instead of writing on paper .
This week at cross-grouping we did a test and i made
it up to the stage six side and it was really hard but
i think i mite have gotten a good score.
I have learnt how to work out volume in a shape.
This week i did well with my writing but the hard
part was not repeating words and putting in heaps
of describing words.

I am really happy on how my art work looks because
it is neat and colorful and it is finished now.
I have learnt what shape is the strongest and I found
out that the triangle is the strongest.
This week i found the writing sample challenging
because It had to be a letter and you needed to use
opinion words.

I was pleased about how my art work looks even though
it is'ent finished yet because it look really colorful and neat.

how to measure it .
last week I found hokey really challenging because we
were versing really hard teams at the hokey tournament .

the strongest and i did not think that the triangle would be the strongest but it was.

Last Friday I did my speech and I think I did good with eye contact but I
needed to work on using expression and speaking louder.I learnt that the
female kiwi is bigger and noisier than the male.
For my bridge next time I am going to put sides on and over lap the sticks.
