I am pleased with my sunset over water because it looks really pretty.
I enjoyed my novel study because I like to read.
I learnt how to combine sentences together with an insert.
I found Jump rope challenging because there was so much different skips.
This week I found cross country challenging because we had to run so far.
I enjoyed trees for survival planting (because I don't garden a lot).
I learnt algorithms in maths.
I achieved going to group day for cross country.

This week I enjoyed the sky tower run (because its more fun than maths).
I learnt what factors are (they are what you multiply to get the product).
I found NSW (new south wales) challenging because I didn't know some words they used in it.
I achieved player of the week for making amazing writing and getting the Powerful learner award.

This week I learnt that a before you construct the bridge
you should build another bridge underneath it.
This week I enjoyed listening listening to Mr Houston's speech about bridges.

This week I learnt how to measure temperature and to know how hot or cold it is.
Something I found challenging was making a human pyramid in cross grouping.
Something I thought was fun was PE with Mrs T.
Something I enjoyed was using Piclit for my writing (link down below)
I was pleased about my descriptive writing because it is the first one in the Wonderful Writing wall. I learnt what is the strongest shape it is the triangle. I found area challenging because I got it confused with perimeter. I need to work on not going out of the lines when painting for art. I found the letter to parents interesting was the letter to parents writing sample.

Something I learnt this week was learning
how to make a pie chart on the computer.
I found synchronized swimming challenging because
you had to do it at the exact same time.
I achieved how to pronounce Maori words.
that I did not know how to pronounce.
My Favorite subject is cross grouping Maths because I get to see students from other rooms. Our topic this term is the treaty of Waitangi.
I am learning how to play Cricket because I usually don't play cricket.
I have moved up to stage 7 on basic facts so that is an improvement for me.
I like using laptops because I can type well.
I like doing artwork with Mrs Taylor because it looks interesting.
My goal this year is to get 2 gold certificates on Mathletics
