This week I have learnt how to use the golf pasture.
This week I found the fractions hard because I didn't understand it.
This week I found the golf challenging because we had to do the balancing and the ladders and together they made me tired.

What I found challenging this week was coordinates.

This week I have learnt about what children learnt in the olden day at motat and at school because Mr Coles and Mr Boyd came in to answer questions that the class had written down and I found out a lot about what they learnt.
This week I achieved finishing my collage of a sunset and all we have to do now is put palm trees on it.
What was challenging this week was Zone (cross country) because there was way more people than last time because the all came from different schools but I managed to come 31st.

This week I have learnt what they learnt in the olden days.
I have achieved myself by getting past north group and going into zone.
What was challenging this week was north group because we had to run up a huge hill but in the end I came 9th so I have finally made it into zone.

This week I have learnt some things about healthy eating here are some of them,
In your nutrients panel there has to be less than 10% of fat,
Less than 10% of sugar,
Less than 400 mg of sodium
That if you drink energy drinks you have to run 1 hour of rugby field to get all of the sweat off.
I showed care when I took Gracelin to the office because
she had a headache.
This week I have enjoyed doing geometry for maths because
now I know my 3-D shapes e.g. sphere, cone, hemisphere and a
triangular prism.
Something challenging this week was doing my writing about the
eagle and the squirrel because we weren't aloud to repeat words we had to
use description and AAAWWUBBIS sentences.
30/7/15 Reflection
This week I have achieved my homework because I have been doing my spelling and getting 9/10 or 10/10, and have been doing my reading.
I have enjoyed doing the sky tower run because it is very challenging.
I have learnt how to solve problems without using my fingers and counting in my head
and have been learning my times tables, e.g. 3x,4x,5x, and so on.
I found the basic facts test challenging because I didn't really know my times tables
so I had to try and work them out without my fingers but I ran out of time.

This week i have learned how to tell the time and I am getting better. I have enjoyed making things to do with bridges for our topic. What I need to work on, is getting more focused on my work instead of chatting to my friends. I think I have been doing better in my HOMEWORK! without any excuses and did all my research Spellodrome, Mathematics and Reading.
What I learned this week was how to do my 11 times table for e.g. 56x11=616 13x11=143. What I enjoyed this week was doing board games for cross-grouping instead of doing maths because

because Mrs Williams gave us a really hard maths sheet that
we had to copy in our books and show the working out.

I was pleased that I tried my best at hockey even tho my team- the A team
didn't score any goals but i'm glad that I took a risk at having a go.

and learning how to make a stable bridge.

found hard.

I learned how to take notes in my speech instead of just writing words.

Easter is my favorite time of the year because you get to do Easter hunts and get to spent time with your family
also get to have 2 weeks off school for the next term. Easter is a time when all the shops are closed and everyone
wakes up to surprise once they see those eggs. Sometimes you can receive eggs before and after Easter. you can
also receive small ones and big ones, you can get bunny's chickens, marshmallows and all sorts.

I am looking forward to trying new things at camp because
I have never tried the trolleys or the flying-fox.
something i'm going to find challenging is making new friends in my group
and cooperating with the activities.

something I learnt this week was how to make graphs. to make a graph you need information to tell what you are talking about on the graph or chart.
I found Maori language challenging because you had to pronounce the sound properly.
I achieved getting a gold certificate on mathletics.

This week I have most enjoyed doing some dance moves with Madie Mrs Taylor's daughter.
I have also enjoyed music with Mr Co wen learning how to lay the ukuleles which means using the chords.
What I found challenging was our writing exam because we had to write about someone going on an adventure.
I am most proud of is earning my first gold certificate on mathletics.

I have enjoyed learning how to do bar graphs for maths and how to use the flip-chart.
To use a flip-chart you flip the number that you want to read for an e.g 3465. The five represents
an odd or even number but can also mean the ones column. The six represents the tens column. The
four represents the hundreds column and the three represents the thousands column.
